ON-SITE WORKSHOPS AND ASSESSMENT
At the beginning of the school term, the AHP State Coordinator will visit each school and provide a kick-off workshop to help the teacher(s) and students get their projects started and underway. During the fall and winter months, AHP will be on-call via e-mail and site visits to help each project. Mid-winter through spring, the State Coordinator will do an assessment visit of each project, and help plan the year-end celebrations.

AHP SUMMER CONSORTIUM AND HUMANITIES CONNECTION
A two-day meeting of Team Leaders and Humanities Scholars to plan and connect AHP projects Statewide. Schools, libraries, museums, and leaders in oral history initiatives come together to support teachers and to plan the future of AHP projects. Date, place, and agenda will be available in the Spring of 2007.

FINAL PROJECT CELEBRATION
As projects are completed, each participating school celebrates its achievements by inviting the community to a celebration (hopefully at the cooperating museum) where all involved are honored. Whenever possible, local dignitaries and state officials are invited. The display/materials being sent to the Library of Congress American Folklore Center will be on display.
